Nikke, or Goddess of Victory: Nikke, is a mobile game that plays like an arcade shooter featuring different characters with different abilities. In Nikke there will be the occasional Co-Op boss to fight, where you team up with 4 other players to deal damage to a boss, these events typicallly run for 3 days.

That said I feel there is an issue with Co-Op, where in short, No one wants to actually play the Co-Op but feel somewhat obligated to for the rewards. On top of that this has a negative impact on players who do want to play the Co-Op.

In this video I address what I think is the core issue with Co-Op and suggest what I feel to be the most sensible solution.
