The units I used for this battle are Dorothy, Dolla, Alice, Helm, and Snow White. The team's Skill levels and equipment are shown after the fight ends in this video. I recommend using team for not just for survivability, but you'll need a sniper unit with passive piercing in order to quickly destroy the head part to take down the shield. Alice piercing is only active as long as her HP is above 70% which is why Helm is needed to restore health, plus even though Snow white isn't a sniper unit, her Burst is a piercing attack which can take out the head part easily. Be cautious of the boss' attacks when it's shield-less for it will stun your unit for a few seconds. Best of luck to you.
