Hello Lovies!
Going approximately 100km west of Dumaguete City, you'll find this stunning and majestic waterfall called "NILUDHAN". it's the most famous and unique waterfalls in Negros Oriental.
Niludhan Waterfall is located specifically in Dawis, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental. It is just right beside the highway connecting Bayawan City and Mabinay. This wonder ranges 40-meter high and 25-meter wide.
This waterfall depends on the river that feeds it. During dry seasons, the volume of water drops, so it is better to go there on a wet season to see the magnificent curtain-like water cascading from it.
With this, I would like to incite the residents of the place to take good care of this wonder by preserving their river because this is something that they should take pride from.
If you plan to go there, you should bring water and food before you go down because there are no nearby stores. There are benches, cottages, and toilets available in the area.
From the parking area, you will have to walk few steps going down but don't worry there are cemented steps available. You have to prepare a donation of P25.00 each person in the entrance.
There are lots of beautiful places to discover in Bayawan City, but this one is something that you should consider.
