Support followup responses:
1. OneNote is installed 8 times requiring uninstallation
Response: The system is multi-language. It needs to install by different language.
2. MSOffice 365 (click to run) is installed several times in different languages, requiring uninstallation

3. There is no diagram on the site or Amazon of the USB ports displaying the USB speeds
Response: Thank you for your opinion, we will improve it.
4. The AMD Adrenaline software would not install correctly, and the OS image appears to be missing the Visual C++ redistributable or is corrupted.
Response: This program, it maybe deleted by other installed program.The buyer can contact our customer service to obtain the installation package to solve this problem.This won't happen frequently.We will also continue to pay attention to this issue.
5. The installed NVMe SSD (Kingston) is only running at Gen3 speeds, not Gen4 as advertised.
Response: For our standard, the SSD should be Kingston nv3 pcie4.0, the read speed should be around 6000MB/s.
Could you do me a favor? Please disassemble this computer and check if our staff installed the hard drive incorrectly.
