Following the defeat of the 'Bio-Noid' doppelganger to Hayabusa, the 'real' Dragon Ninja follows Clancy into the interdimensional subspace rift. It then leads to yet another Bio-Noid encounter - in the form of a transmuted super-creature, whom Hayabusa eventually puts out of commission. He and Clancy cross paths yet again, resulting in their final confrontation...following another long excursion through - yep, you guessed it: THE ANCIENT SHIP OF DOOM!
