Set in the indiscriminate future, a lethal, ominous organization (BEDA Corp.) has broken big with its latest drug, "Gel." Detective Quinn Hart, a tough no-nonsense officer of the VICE Squad, finds out about the horrendous side effects of the drug after trashing heavily armored truck with a mutated driver [Intro Boss], complete with shipments of Gel, and obscure sorts of weaponry that can't be bought on the streets. With the assistance of Christy & Sophia (his partner/possible love interest and associate, respectively), Hart tracks the drug trail to south Central America only to find a shocking increase of horrifying events related to BEDA's crimes. An unexpected reunion with his former partner, Reese [an earlier Boss] makes Hart realize that something inhuman is driving the evil corporation's motivations, but it will take all of Hart's determination to find out the dirty little secrets he needs to close the case. However, he may end up learning more than he ever would have wanted to know...
