the main reason is due to them taking down content they have no rights to and making money off of content that is not theirs

they had no right to take down any sony sega microsoft or any other games located on any emulation/rom website
and they have no right to make money off of nintendo creators program youtubers who have uploaded other companies games to their channels

to sum it all up..in my opinion nintendo has gone too far and has no right to mess with content that is not theirs
