Several sources have confirmed that the Nintendo Switch will use Nvidia's last generation of chipsets, the Maxwell. Originally, it was rumored that it would use the current Pascal chipset. Now we know that the system will have 1 teraflop of performance, which puts it under the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. The question is now, will the fact that the Nintendo Switch is underpowered cause 3rd party companies to flee or distance themselves from the console?
