Well, they broke Just Reprisal along with the Bolting Boar fix so you can no longer parry Sukuna. I tried Celestial Retribution but the startup is too long to consistently dodge his attack with it so I ended having to use Tranquil Edge. While it cost a bit more ki than Just Reprisal and does much less damage, it's still a decent option to stay on the offensive without having to dodge his double spin.

Also, I played around with hatchets' Boulder Breaker to get out of range of his wake up spin attack and then get back in with Thin Air, it's a pretty fun mini-mobility combo you can do.
