Even when he joined TL in 2015, it wasn't to lead the team. In fact, it wouldn't be until years later, after plenty of persuasion from his teammates, that he would fully take up the duties of in-game leadership on a full time basis.

During his time with Liquid, Nitr0 has done everything from entry-fragging to AWPing. And despite being reluctant at first, as IGL he has led the team to becoming the most successful NA team in CS:GO history, and at their peak one of the most dominant teams of all time with no such regional caveats.
