i finally managed to get this toy

to get the quest you need to turn War Mode on
and become Alliance Assassin or Horde Assassin by killing 10+ players
without dying in Kul Tiras, Zandalar Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Uldum or Nazjatar

Use the N'lyeth, Sliver of N'zoth to change your faction
to become devoted to N'Zoth the Corruptor
NOW! try to slay 10 Alliance players without dying.

remember Using the knife turns you hostile to both factions, not just the opposing faction.

Mardivh’s Lab in Nazjatar
is the perfect spot to do this

Once you successfully complete the quest
you get Achievement Servant of N'Zoth, the title Servant of N'Zoth
and the toy N'lyeth, Sliver of N'Zoth

i was hoping to get emote from xal'atath / sadly i got nothing

N'lyeth, Sliver of N'Zoth TOY!

Use: Sacrifice part of your mortal essence, dealing 60% of your maximum health in Shadow damage to yourself.
In exchange you become Shath'Yar, breaking your normal faction allegiance, serving only N'Zoth.
N'lyeth can only be used outdoors in Kul Tiras, Zandalar and during Visions of N'Zoth while in War Mode. (1 Hour Cooldown)
