This is a challenge for Digimon World where I have to complete the game without being able to use any attacks. This is referring to the regular attacks; I'm not allowed to use any of the 56 techniques in the game. There are 7 different natures in this game (Fire, Battle, Air, Ice, Earth, Machine and Filth) and each of those natures contains 8 techniques, totalling to 56 techniques. I'm not allowed to use any of these techniques in this challenge. The Baby Digimon and In-Training Digimon in this game have their own unique techniques; Small Bubble and Bubble, and the use of these techniques is also forbidden. The only way that I'm allowed to do damage in this challenge is by using Finishes. I have to refrain from using techniques during battles and wait for my Finish Gauge to fill up so that I can strike opposing Digimon with Finishes. A big issue with a challenge like this is that your Digimon will attack unless you pick the Distance Command or Defensive Command, or if your Digimon doesn't have an adequate amount of MP in order to attack. Because of this, it's vital that I have a minimum of 300 Brains so that the Distance Command is available to me. 400 Brains is the required amount if I want to have the Defensive Command.

This is Part 2 of this challenge. There are 2 Parts in total. In this Part (Part 2) I had Numemon as my Digimon, and I made the most of the opportunity to enter Grey Lord's Mansion and see to the initial parts of it. I went as far as having the scene with Devimon but then left Grey Lord's Mansion; the rest was to be done in a different lifespan with a better Digimon. When heading to Toy Town I chose not to recruit Fridgimon, and it was for the same reason as my decision for not recruiting Tyrannomon; I only wanted Meramon working at the Restaurant for the time being. I Digivolved to Monzaemon and spoke to the Robot Digimon so that he unlocked the door leading towards WaruMonzaemon. I made no further progress with Monzaemon; I returned to the City and passed the time until he faded away.

I chose the Green Egg and Digivolved all the way through to Greymon. I then made more progress with recruiting Digimon, starting with the battle against Giromon in Factorial Town. With Greymon as my Digimon, I recruited all of the remaining Digimon, apart from Fridgimon, Garurumon, SkullGreymon and Digitamamon. I couldn't recruit Fridgimon with Greymon because the second part of recruiting Fridgimon requires you to have a Digimon who can tolerate the cold. I couldn't recruit SkullGreymon because only Virus Digimon can enter Grey Lord's Mansion. I couldn't recruit Digitamamon because I hadn't defeated Machinedramon at this point. My reason for not fighting Machinedramon at an earlier stage is because I wanted to be done with Grey Lord's Mansion first, along with the Ice Sanctuary and Ogre Fortress. Those are the 3 places that the Back Dimension can be located at. If I was to defeat Machinedramon before finishing with Grey Lord's Mansion, and the Back Dimension was to be at Grey Lord's Mansion then I'd have to defeat Machinedramon at the Back Dimension before being able to proceed with Grey Lord's Mansion.

I had Counter selected in the battles against Digimon who didn't have any techniques that Counter works against; that way there was no risk of me attacking them. I had Dynamite Kick (a close range technique) selected in the battles where I was able to get distance between myself and the opposing Digimon before fighting; that way I had the chance to pick the Distance Command before getting close enough to attack. I had Magma Bomb (a long range technique) selected in the battles where I couldn't get distance between myself and the opposing Digimon; that way it was possible to pick the Distance Command before my Digimon got far enough away in order to be able to attack. In preparation to some battles I also ensured that my Digimon's HP was under 20% when entering the battle; that resulted in my Digimon moving more slowly which gave me more of an opportunity to pick the Distance Command.

I moved onwards by giving Greymon a Gold Banana, making him Digivolve to Etemon. With Etemon as my Digimon I was able to recruit Fridgimon and SkullGreymon, as well as defeat Machinedramon and recruit Digitamamon. Those last few recruits brought me up to 98 Prosperity Points. The reason why I only made it up to 98 Prosperity Points is because it seems to be impossible to recruit Garurumon under the restrictions that I was going by in this challenge. You have to defeat Garurumon twice in order to be able to recruit him. I had no difficulty with beating Garurumon the first time. However, in the second battle you are unable to command your Digimon in any sort of way, and this includes being unable to use Finishes. I couldn't use any regular attacks against Garurumon because that would defy the rules of the challenge. I also couldn't use Finishes because of the inability to command your Digimon in the second battle.
