Game Director Jeff Kaplan stated on the game's forums that the Competitve Play mode has been temporarily removed from Overwatch while the team re-tools it, and won't be back until after launch.

Also, Bethesda announced Dishonored 2's release date, and teased some new gameplay footage for their press conference this year at E3.
