Very happy with how quickly I managed to get this done. Compared to the Vengeance route, it's definetly easier since there's far less encounters to go through, but still has a few spots you really need to watch out for.
Biggest roadblock besides Ceroba would be the Feisty Four thanks to the Coin Rain & Ace Cards combo attack which is hilariously difficult, though it is learnable to an extent and it's not as outright of a coin flip as Snowdin Martlet was in Vengeance and her exploding feathers. Other minor roadblocks include Guardener and Axis but they get consistent enough that it usually doesn't matter too much.
About Ceroba: Definetly the hardest part of the run. Phase 1 has a couple scary attacks, but in particular it's the Leaves attack, which can be extremely tight to dodge if you're unlucky enough. Phase 2 is by far the easiest, all the attacks are easily avoidable.
Phases 3 & 4 are where the main show is. You have to kind of setup yourself between mini attacks to account for potential attack combinations, sort of like how you have to deal with no-hitting Flowey in original Undertale, and it's actually really satisfying to play once you learn most of the setups. The big shots are actually EXTREMELY useful for clearing out specific attacks in a single shot despite their abysmal DPS, so make sure to use them if you want to go for a Ceroba no-hit yourself.
There are still a few particular combos that can get pretty scary, particularly the Fire Walls into Fire Lantern can get really messy, and further amplified if a black hole spawns. Black hole isn't an instant run ender and you can still juggle around most attack combos, but it definetly narrows down your options significantly. Makes Fire Walls so much harder to deal with, I'll tell you that much.
All that to say, the fact that I only choked Ceroba a single time from the start is really stupid but I'm not complaining :D
I'm not doing a neutral route no hit btw, no one has been able to no hit Flowey both parts in one go and there's a good reason behind it LMAO
