Gotta catch 'em all. I did the 2nd Run and Mary modes after the stream; the former makes it a lot harder and cuts down your timer, but you can finish without doing the boss fight if you just find somewhere to flush the sword. The latter disables the timer so you're freer to explore, and it makes it easier to get the under 25 runs achievement.
