--Note: I figured out how to make Carite Sheet--
To get it to run smoother
I am on the Experimental patch of No Man's Sky
-- First I went in to Steam\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\Binaries\SETTINGS and opened up TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML in Notepad++
-- Second I changed vsync in this file to false
-- Third I changed my graphic settings to how they looked in the video
-- Forth I opened up Nvidia Control Panel, selected No Man's Sky and put TRIPLE BUFFERING to ON.

--- Note I tried to turn on vsync through Nvidia Control panel but didn't see much of a difference. I don't seem to get screen tears or hitching with it off... so maybe you want to try that
