So for the past month I've been having issues with my MCN (Multi-Channel-Network) here on YouTube and it's gotten to the point where I don't even know what's going to happen with my channel anymore.
Currently I am partnered with Disney (a.k.a Maker Studios). Mid-March I had reached out to them (via a support ticket on their website) to re-negotiate the contract I have with them -- basically because I wanted better terms and believed I was outputting the numbers needed for such a feat. Unfortunately the support team responded to my message by telling me they were going to do a realignment within the company (you can view a copy of the message here: http://prntscr.com/ez6t5o ) and that my channel(s) would be let go. I waited until the "release date" happened (which was March 30th), or at least WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED, and to my surprise only 1 of the 2 channels I have partnered with them (oGVexx & MettaVexx) was let go. I was confused and immediately sent them another support ticket requesting clarification on the situation, to which they did not reply and I've reached out to them multiple times after this attempt over the course of the past month.
I am still partnered with them on this channel and what's worse is that yesterday they decided to remove my oGVexx channel from the Disney / Maker Max dashboard (this is where you can view your channel, payment, support + other details on their website). This really got me upset because I had thought they finally unpartnered my oGVexx channel on YouTube, but on YouTube itself I am still partnered with them and they are claiming all of my revenue... again, at this time I don't know what's going on or why they're not responding to me, but all I do know is that it is not worth the time and effort to upload onto this channel for the time being.
I do not know if all the revenue I am earning for the videos will be paid to me or if they will just keep it for themselves and do some BS...
I do not know when they will let go of my channel...
I do not know how long this will last...
I don't know anything....
It sucks a bunch because this IS MY CHANNEL -- you would expect if someone were to know about my channel, it would be me.
