Today we begin adding level 2 apartments and adding the amenities they require. We also work to maintain happy tenants to keep revenue incoming so we do not have to take out a loan or hurt our reputation with the local community. No one likes a slum lord!

We expand our tower upwards and outwards to accompany our new tenants as well as begin to add new artwork, restaurants and stores to increase foot traffic.
