Nodwin Gaming Acquires 100% Stake In Comic Con India For Rs 55 CR | Akshat Rathee | Startup Central
0NODWIN Gaming is a major player in Asia's esports and gaming industry. It has recently acquired Comic Con India, which hosts multiple pop-cultural festivals targeting youth in India. NODWIN Gaming will acquire 100% of Comic Con India's shares at a valuation of Rs 55 Crore through a cash and share swap from its founders. The managing team will also become shareholders by swapping 27.5 Crores of their Comicon India shares with NODWIN shares.
