This wand will 1-hit kill pretty much anything which I have built on a modless (bar the custom seed mod) NG+ god-run game (seed 708148217). It uses Circle of Transmogrification with an Add Trigger to avoid the mana cost of modifiers. The CoT can be swapped out for e.g. Ball Lightning for high damage instead. The homing spells allow it to track enemies (through walls via area teleport) and it lasts for ages. Exploding Corpses perk means the sheep self-detonate :). The downside is you get no gold...

Interestingly the poly-shooting enemies (Shapechanger and poly mage) + the Master of Vulnerability at least are immune to the CoT but are eventually ticked to death by the curse damage.

You can 'drive' the circle using Projectile Repulsion.

In this run I have transformed oil into magical liquid, and then magical liquid into weird fungus, hence the funky shield etc. :) Contact Damage perk on ghosts means a good supply of fungus. There's also a usable BH wand near the entrance in regular game.
