Shoot directly upwards so that the pollen that comes out will hit the delayed spellcast again. Prime with a single shot of pollen; consider waiting ~23s before doing so to have the final output point from the start.

"Delayed Spellcast" can be made into wisp with 3x "Reduce Lifetime" and 1x "Ping-Pong Path" with 100% chance.
"Add Trigger" makes it so that the wisp shoots only one projectile instead of default 3; and allows it to deliver payload on contact with something instead of on timeout.
"Bloodlust" allows to detect contacts, as well as destroy "Pollen".

Delivering "Pollen" allows to activate the wisp again, starting the infinite loop. Modifiers "Gravity" and "Fly Upwards" make sure the pollen will hit the wisp; as well as give a direction for "Long-Distance Cast" (LDC).

Modifiers on LDC separate the wisp from final payload, avoiding issues like pollen being destroyed by projectiles or homing onto enemies.

It takes about 23 seconds before "Delayed Spellcast" stops moving completely, which causes pollen to spawn without any initial velocity, optimizing speed and precision of the output point.

"Linear Arc" is optional, it only helps during the first ~23 seconds to add precision to the output point.

Interestingly enough, "Delayed Spellcast" wisp can only trigger once per entity - e.g. when flying into it, it will damage you directly once, but after that it will ignore you, while still able to damage other enemies (once per enemy).

Another interesting thing is that recoil from "Heavy Shot" is actually applied to the pollen.
