My take on the classic non-argument of "If you don't like it, leave!" - frequently used in politics to shut down any discussion on an issue. I have also seen it in a round-about way to justify taxation as voluntary - "if you don't like taxes you are free to leave" which is completely false as well as totally inconsistent.
