Getting the boss card at level 2 made me come to terms with the issue of chests dropping as loot. I got rid of chest drops after this to curb the power creep. I already removed gold drops from monsters, I should've removed the chests as well. They will still be found, but as a rare chance of replacing a green/blue armor.
I also added the deadmaker mask and draugh tome back in but the catch is that they only last until the end of the level.
