NOT IN DISTRESS | In The Tub with Damsel Gameplay [Early Access]
It’s my Damsel gameplay and first impressions video. Hey, watch my Damsel gameplay and see me slay some vampires!
Thanks for checking in to this Damsel gameplay and first impressions video. Damsel is a fast paced arcade platformer where gameplay takes place in contained levels as you must complete a series of set objectives which includes stylishly killing vampires and rescuing hostages for the Damsel gameplay. In the Damsel gameplay, the gameplay comes fast and hard, so if you are debating on whether the Damsel gameplay sounds like a game for you, please consider watching my video of the Damsel gameplay.
'In the Tub With' is a work in progress series in which I'll take a one off look at a game and it’s gameplay. I'll attempt to show off gameplay, the mechanics and provide some of my first impressions. It is in no way intended as a review but rather as a source of commentated gameplay footage for anyone contemplating spending money but would like to see it in action first. Damsel is the latest game to fall victim to my ‘In The Tub With’ treatment so please try and stick with me as I find my feet in this loose critique of Damsel and the Damsel gameplay.
Developed by Screwtape Studios, the Damsel gameplay is fun and satisfying. Damsel also has interesting presentation with good designs so you may want to check out Damsel as the Damsel gameplay proves to feel competent. The Damsel gameplay is inspired by similar arcade shooters games such as Metal Slug or maybe even Broforce where gameplay also includes fast paced action.
Taken directly from its Steam store page, here’s a line or two about Damsel and it’s gameplay:
Damsel is a fast paced, single player, arcade platformer set in a dark cartoon world with a pumping synth soundtrack! Play as Damsel, a government agent saving the world from well dressed, corporate, vampires.
Released onto Steam Early Access on 19th January 2019 the Damsel gameplay is great fun and my first impressions are pretty good, although the Damsel gameplay may be lacking in content per it's Early Access status. The Damsel gameplay has little story despite having a campaign mode although at it's core any story would be secondary to it's mechanics. The style of Damsel is brilliant and it fits the gameplay suitably. In my first impressions and gameplay of Damsel I think it’s easy to see the game has a certain degree of charm.
Damsel is currently released on Steam and priced at £7.19. In my opinion, there is enough content here to warrant a purchase with hopefully a lot more to come. I can say, the Damsel gameplay is an enjoyable experience that has kept me engaged and wanting to see where it goes. From the Damsel gameplay video, you can see I’m only 30 or so minutes into the Damsel gameplay so who knows what other Damsel gameplay elements there are to discover so consider this if purchasing Damsel and you can get an idea of what’s in store by checking out this Damsel gameplay and first impressions video.
