An annual edition of 'Not Necessarily the News', an HBO program which satirized the news, and is credited as being the direct inspiration and predecessor to The Daily Show, and one of the first writing gigs for Conan O'Brien.

These first 10 minutes of the program were rescued from a VHS tape I found; I haven't seen this uploaded elsewhere.
