I compare a Wireshark packet capture of DNS traffic using NoTrack and Spybot Anti-Beacon.

NoTrack is a network-wide DNS server which sick-holes Trackers and Malicious traffic.
It can be installed on a Raspberry Pi or Linux server.

Spybot Anti-Beacon is a standalone tool designed to block tracking in Windows 10.

TL;DR – Spybot does very well, but doesn't prevent all traffic.
