Here's how it works:
It is going to be a giant raffle
-You get 1 ticket for being subscribed to my Youtube channel
-You get 1 ticket for following me on Twitch
-You get 1 ticket for following me on Twitter
-Each month at the end I may announce where a secret extra ticket comes from. This could be something like "Everyone who commented on video X" or "an extra ticket for each person who retweeted a video". You won't know for sure until the end of the month but I figure it's a good way to reward the people who are a bit more active.
At the end of the month, I will make a video where I use a random number generator to find a winner. From there I will contect the winner in as many ways as I can and they have a week to respond before I redraw. I'm hoping that I won't be hitting too many no shows in a row, but in the event that it takes a couple of weeks I may do a random draw of like 10 people the 3rd week and then the first person to respond gets the prize money, that way it doesn't just endlessly build up.
The total prize is always going to be a minimum of $100. If the ad revenue is only $75 one month, I'll add $25 of my own money and give away $100. If the ad revenue is $150 one month, the prize will have nothing else added and simply be $150. If for some reason my ad revenue starts to jump to higher amounts like $300, I may start doing 3 winners of $100 each or something like that.
I'm going to be doing this for many months to come, but later on down the road if the ad revenue really starts to spike up, I may start splitting ad revenue between going to subscribers and doing something like sponsoring a player. Either way I am going to be using it to promote esports and for Starcraft purposes, but I figured I'd give everyone a heads up now. I'm also going to be putting the money I get from coaching towards showmatches and sponsoring and stuff as well so everything should be put back into the Starcraft economy.
