Now That Isle of Dread is Out... Should You Get It?
This isn't a personal analysis of IoD. I have no stake in your choice here; as I make perfectly clear in this video, I have already made my decision. This is an economic analysis. I've broken down the approximate value of everything you'll be getting in each bundle to determine if IoD is worth it for you!
Everything is based on USD (the Ultimate Fan Bundle, for example, would be around 13 Euro or 21,458,965 CAD for someone like me), but you can convert these values for your respective country or currency type.
DO keep in mind that this breakdown is entirely contingent on believing that DDO's pricing models conform to industry standards. This is not a perfect comparison of industry norms; it is a deconstruction of SSG's perceived value of their own goods, and a metric by which you can measure how valuable those goods are to you personally. If you want to go more in-depth with it, be my guest, but this is what it's worth as compared to the DDO store.
I hope you enjoy, and don't worry — today is a double-feature kind of day, meaning that I'll still have another video coming out at my usual time!
