Nox Plays... Project Highrise: Tokyo Towers (Industrial Conversion) | Ep. 4: Art and Prestige
The tower beautification has begun! Now that we're rich, we might as well spend as much money as we can on art. Not only does it improve resident happiness, but it also gives us a hefty boost to prestige, and oh, boy, do we ever need that boost to prestige! Building limits prevent us from building beyond 2,000 blocks, so we must clear out the 2-bedroom apartments that were generating for us an insane amount of rent. Instead, we must opt for smaller apartments, with the hope that they'll be able to house a total of 200 residents. Only then will we be able to complete this scenario. Can we restructure to building to be more residential than commercial? Let's find out!
