Nuclear Apocalypse: The Unwanted Reality Life or Death
0Since the world is rushing headlong into a nuclear apocalypse, how about we just go ahead and get it over with? None of us common folk ever wanted such a thing, but some people who have the idea they know what's best for all of us have decided that nukes are usable. All they need is an excuse. They do not need a reason because that would imply the use of logic. These guys want a nuclear war, so to justify one, they need an excuse.
This is only one of the excuses for starting a nuclear war. There are many excuses, some more insane than others. I believe the most insane excuse is the one held by the Evangelical sect of the Christian church. They say that nukes are the instrument of their god's wrath. They are happy that there is turmoil in the Middle East because they believe it heralds the coming of the End Times and the use of those nukes. They are not concerned about the death toll reaching into the billions. They believe that after a person dies their spirit either goes to ever-lasting bliss in Heaven, or torment in Hell.
Whichever one you get, you deserve it, they say. An Evangelical told me these things that they believe. Go ask them for yourself.
Those myth-believing nuts want to destroy the Earth for the sake of primitive beliefs they dragged into the 21st Century. Power-mongering moneygrubbers like Putin, and plenty of other people, want to act like a big shot and make threats with nukes. Can you imagine for a second a stranger having a gun to your head with the trigger cocked? What's the difference? Either way, you are dead if they flinch.
Oops! My bad. There is a difference. With nukes, billions of people get killed, not just one. I am just one person and I don't want to be killed. I have friends and family all over the place and I don't want them to be killed. I didn't want our nation or other nations to build thousands of nukes. Did you tell anybody, "I think it would be a good idea to build thousands of nukes and threaten to kill people with them"? I didn't say that to anyone. In fact, I've pretty much said the opposite.
But we the majority are screwed by a minority who say, "Those guys built a lot of nukes, so we better build more of them." Then turn to us the majority and say, "Give us a lot of money (taxes) so we can pay other people to build a shit load of nukes, or else we'll throw you in prison."
Maybe you don't see things that way. I don't care because I do see things that way and someone's going to have to have a damn good argument to make me change my mind.
So, there, all you money-grubbing power-mongers and complacent unaware people. Let's get it over with. Die if you want to, you pitiful puppet. 😥
