Youtube now displays 60fps videos if you record at such a frame rate.
Seems like Google Chrome is the only browser fully supporting 60fps on youtube.
If you don't see "720p60" or "1080p60" as options then it is not working for you.
I noticed that even though I recorded at 1440p and 60fps YouTube only displays up to 1080p 60fps and doesn't even give the option for 1440p.
This still shows how much smoother 60fps is compared to 30fps.
