Workers at Skilled, a Bloomfield hills nursing home, are striking Monday over pay and staffing shortages. Workers are rallying outside the nursing home, demanding more staffing to ensure quality care for the people who live there. They stood alongside elected officials -- voicing their support as well. Workers say they're demanding the right to join a union to hold management accountable.
