Nvidia Dominates with 80% Discrete GPU Market Share | RTX 3060 & More Spotted in Listing
279Some new figures on the PC market show that Nvidia dominate the discrete GPU market share, with 80% of the market. This goes to show just how strong both RTX and GTX perform in the PC hardware space.
We also have figures on the general PC market to see how hardware sales are doing in the current climate.
Palit have listed a huge amount of RTX 30 Ampere cards, including the RTX 3060. This lower end card is expected not be shown at the upcoming Nvidia event, as we expect that to be focused on the flagship GPUs such as RTX 3090 and so on. We also have new photos of the 12 pin power connector that Nvidia have confirmed for the RTX 3000 graphics cards.
On that note, MSI announced some new PSUs that will be compatible with RTX Ampere, and TSMC talk on how 5nm and 3nm production is going and the improvements we can expect for 3nm vs 5nm processes.
