DownSampling, also known as OGSSAA (meaning Ordered Grid SuperSampling AntiAliasing) is the ability to run a higher resolution on a display and have it downsample. This form of super sampling drastically improves visual quality but at the same time occurs a large performance hit.
This works on Windows 7 / Windows 7 and as of recording, Nvidia's 332 drivers. You'll also need a GPU capable of running the game at a higher resolution, for example the GTX 680, 780, or Titan.
