I honestly don't think its time to upgrade GPUs if you have a Nvdia GTX 1080, or more powerful card i.e. 1080ti, 5700xt, 2070,2070s,2080,2080s, 2080ti. I get 120+ FPS in 1080p High/ultra, and 60-100FPS in 1440p with the gtx 1080, and those are very acceptable frames for almost anyone.
