Nvidia could soon join the most exclusive Wall Street club with its stunning Thursday increase, nearly overnight.


The chipmaker saw a 26% increase in share price on Thursday, increasing its market worth to just $950 billion, according to FactSet. At Wednesday's end, it stood at $755 billion.Needham analyst Rajvindra Gill wrote in a note on Thursday, "Back in late 2021, we began publishing work suggesting Nvidia would become the first semiconductor company with a trillion dollar market cap."
