Nvidia's flapship Pascal GPU, the GP100 shipments have been spotted in the wild. These are engineering samples being shipped from TSMC to be checked to see the silicone in action, and see how Nvidia's HBM2 powered graphics card is going to run in reality. The Pascal architecture is on schedule for a 2016 release where we'll see the GP100 debut.

Nvidia have confirmed Volta will launch first for servers / compute in 2017 and then consumers will get the geforce volta in 2018. Nvidia have confirmed the GPU will use HMC and will put out an awful lot of compute performance thanks to nvlink.
