Nvidia have been decided to showcase HDR monitors and technology by reducing the quality settings of SDR screens in an effort to likely show the differences between the technologies to folks who're using regular SDR screens. The company have also been confirmed to be releasing mining GPU's based on the GP106 architecture, and these cards will not have display ports and are designed purely for mining.

Intel's Kaby Lake X 7740K is breaking through the overclocking stratosphere with the X299 based Basin Falls I7 7740k reaching over 7500 MHZ with overclocking.

More discussion of the 'fake' Vega GPU block diagrams / architecture released by AMD. With some folks feeling rather upset that the company released a mockup rather than actual photographs of the die, and wondering if the GPUs are falling behind schedule.
