Moving the camera in a conversation shouldn't make the voiced dialogue rotate around as well. If you're going to do 3D sound, it should be based on the facing of the character, not the camera.

And trying to turn off the 3D sound just makes it so you can barely hear anything. This is bad. Please undo it.
