Oblivion Mod Review - Frostcrag Reborn [Part 20]: Rating
It's time for the finale of this mod. For a breakdown of my scores for this mod:
Frostcrag Spire changes (including storyline): 10/10
* Great scenery / add-on / features
* Storage / NPC-friendly / Roleplay-friendly
* Next to no lag despite the amount of additions made
* Good back story / writing / readings pertaining to the storyline
Avalon Quest: 6.5 - 7/10
* Pointless challenges that are built as supposedly meaning more than they do
* Lack of quest map markers / waypoints in a labyrinth-esque dungeon design easily allows the player to become lost and/or confused (I don't want to be fed the quest solution, but some kind of direction would have been nice)
* Off-balance enemies mixed with eerie battlefield design in several spots
* Worthwhile reward / custom items
* Neat visual effects in the Firaga Dorn
Final comments: Pick up this mod for the great Frostcrag Spire modifications at least. If you must, use the Avalon quest as an excuse to blow off some anger / time, or to get the cool gear and Well of Mana bonuses if you really want them.
