In Oblivion Remastered there are different diseases you can get including vampirism where you'll turn more of a vampire the less you feed up to the point where merchants won't deal with you, you won't be able to fast travel during the day and you'll lose health when exposed to sunlight.
In this video we're going through how to cure vampirism without a quest because there is a quest called Vampire Cure that will do it but it's very long winded. Let me know your thoughts about vampires in the comments :D
