3This is the last level in the game. Furthermore, there is no OCD for this level. If you've made it this far into the game then Congratulations! Take as much time as you want to calmly complete this level and enjoy the end cutscene!
The only thing you have to do to beat this level is to attach all of the fish to the island so that the island floats up. Where you attach the fish doesn't really matter.
