Since they're megaminds down there at Kong Studios, they decided to have the genius idea to make an extension to this mode, when most people literally ask for a sweep function because of how awful it is. This is their idea of an improvement instead of actually fixing it to make it enjoyable to play.

So, a big issue that this mode has is the amount of time it wastes while not offering much in return for doing so. Now, once you're setup, it's still a bit obnoxious, especially if you're not overstated for it, but when your points are up so you can use perks that you've painstakingly unlocked, it's obviously more tolerable.

First, fights might not take that long, but due the games load times, can take around 30+ seconds because of load times, which for better optimization, means you should simply skip over maps that don't have what you want in a good amount. Second, they waste more time by forcing you to move a tile for no good reason to reset. They want to actively waste your time and make the mode not fun.

Now 2 portions are missing to realistically get this going and you'll need to beat a higher difficulty first to unlock keeping an item and spawning with one at the start of the map, so this unnatural process you'll never see just playing the game, can take around an hour or so of grinding ?s. If you don't know the items needed, longer. Due to the game making the quest ? so low to show up, makes this a chore. This is why some people ask for a permanent unlock once you've done it once, as no one wants to do this.

The easiest solution is to do what the people have asked for, once you've done these horribly designed quests with low %, to simply do it once and never bother the person again. Having the points as well would make sense, as it's very likely for people to just farm the 2k points, then do a real run as it will definitely be more likely a win by comparison to nothing. It's only there as a time waste, even if you do it intelligently. Now the games optimized like shit, so obviously fixing that would help with the load time issue. Now some items do have this, so it's like a training dummy to actual combat with SCs wasting time, they have the mechanic in game, they're just trying to purposefully hurt players because they're assholes. So, when some items are obtained, if you land on a ?, their quest will show up more often by comparison, so since they won't do the top suggestions, increasing the rate the quest ? show up when you have their item would make sense, instead of them being like .05% to show up. Removing stupid shit would also help, for example in this one, the knockoff ramsey shows up wayyyyy too early and literally is pointless till near the end when he'll finally respond, so he has no reason to show up at all but to waste the players time. Has no reason to exist till that point. It's not like you run across the pizza guy before hand, because it wouldn't make any sense, so why ramsey then?

It's honestly pretty funny that one of the best QoL Kamazone got was extended the time you can stay away from it. Like that should be shooting out some red flags that you're fucking up somewhere when that's a plus, but they just don't wanna get the memo apparently and make the product actually enjoyable or not a huge burden from the start. As I've mentioned the higher floors as well for seasonal missions, they had the bright idea to have specific unit item drops on the ?s on floors 9 and up, but with the same horrific bad % rates. So you get niche items that you'll never see, that you have to finish in a specific way, that will reset once the season is over. So it's not worth your damn time at all Xd Brilliant as always Donkey studios.
