The 4 Gerudo Guards unused animations from the original game ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igT998h_ksM ) are still present in the 3DS version! They're found in /actor/zelda_gla.zar/Anim in the RomFS.

You can load these by opening the file /actor/zelda_gla.zar in the RomFS (using a tool such as Kuriimu2), and then replacing one of the animation files in the "/Anim" folder (like "geldA_walk.csab", used for the walking animation) with any of the unused animations you want.
