Recently a few reproduction Nintendo 64 cartridges got listed on AliExpress, not only the existence of N64 reproduction cartridges is quite new but it looks like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest was included in the listings! For anyone that doesn't know - Master Quest is a much harder variant of Ocarina of Time which was never officially released until 2003 when Ocarina of Time was released on the GameCube. Although this is an N64 game this variant was never officially released on the N64, so it is quite neat to have a nice looking, physical copy of it!

Here I unbox the cartridges, get a quick overview of them, test them out, and then do a teardown of the cartridge alongside a legitimate N64 game to see the differences in build quality.
