Yeah, we're back.
So after five years of hiatus, we're bringing the band back together, Fernando and myself, and we're gonna be releasing plugins again and lots of cool stuff is coming up and I would like to give you a little bit of the rundown.
So basically what we're doing is just what makes sense. We're going to do Kontakt Instruments, at least initially.
We have a bunch of stuff lined up.
Some of you may know, I have worked at Native Instruments for the past five years.
I started there as a QA engineer in the Kontakt team, and I transitioned to the product manager role, in the Kontakt team as well, mainly on the builder side.
I was catering to the needs, work flows and features for the people that build instruments for Kontakt.
So that is kind of a neat expertise to have now that we plan to build Kontakt instruments.
Additionally, we have about 20 years worth of samples that we collected.
Some of them we've released in some of our sample packs in the past at Ocean Swift, but we have so much more
During these last five years at Native Instruments, I also undertook huge sample projects in my free time.
So I was sampling a lot of eurorack and a lot of field recordings and urban stuff and nature and just a ton of stuff. Yeah, synths that I borrowed from friends... Wow. It just goes on and on.
All of that has been edited and, and it's going to be put into context with a series of instruments that are specific for these various types of samples that we have.
I know a lot of you people in the past in the first iteration of Ocean Swift back in, I don't know, 2016, 2017, a lot of you people that supported us in buying plugins.
I think and that's just my guess. I think you bought our products based on something you saw in the talent in the, in the creativity.
I kind of hope that now five years later, you know, we're going to focus on the samples. We're going to focus on my expertise with Kontakt with UX and product design and synth design.
And we're going to focus on Fernando's very strong sound design skills and graphical skills and on our website experience.
It all kind of adds up and that's what makes sense for us.
And yeah, if you saw talent and creativity five years ago, my hope is that now you also see professionalism and really AAA things coming out alongside our unique vibes.
I hope that you feel our character when you try our upcoming products, that you feel our soul in it and that you enjoy them.
