Octonauts Characters In Real Life Part 2
#1 Berta
The first character on our list is the helpful river dolphin. In the show, Berta helped Barnacles find the Octo-Compass. Real dolphins are also very helpful. In fact, they are known to be one of the most helpful mammals. In a Freak For My Pet article, Rachel Maus writes that dolphins have helped fishermen catch fish, can work with the military, and can even potentially detect cancer in humans!
#2 Boo
The animated version of this character is way more adorable than real barrel-fish. While these animals do have transparent heads, as portrayed in the show, their bodies are actually more boxy in real life. Their eyes are also more creepy and bright green.
#3 Oarfish
With snowy white skin and red spikes, the oarfish in the show look very different from the real species; because the real ones actually appear creepy and quite spine-chilling. As you can see from the pictures, these fish don’t look as happy and cheerful as the animated versions.
#4 Dina
We will end the video with the fearless daredevil. For Dina's size, she indeed is someone you should not underestimate. These small fish are abundant in countless nations, from Japan, China, India, and Indonesia. And just like in the show, they have flat bodies and silvery scales; pretty spot on.
