This is a preparation to fight Donescu 100 EX in the Master Tower with only 4* and no allies. Team and loadout at the end.

The Master Tower version has 303 speed (same), but 563k HP instead of 413k. In this clear, we had 2 Heinz casts left over, 1 Wingate and 1 Madelaine. Considering previous damage, that would be about 40k + 20k + 20k + 30k = 110k. I think that using Jose's debuff and Heinz ultimate 2x we should have enough to beat the Master Tower version.

Some refinements can be made, like using 1 BP of Heinz in the initial turns so he can cast his ult twice, and using Jose's elemental defense down skills.
