This is a strategy to beat Master Tower Floor 2 EX1 with fan damage. Team and loadout at the end.

It is based on this clear https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6DzbaBhcLw with some changes:
- Billy goes out, Fabio comes in. Otherwise there are only 2 dancers to buff with Billy
- No need to prevent paralysis on Devin. He is there to tank the NPC's lightning ultimage once anyways (full boost resolve + ult)
- Equipping two Calming charms on Mabel (to prevent terror and allow BP recovery) was quite nice. Good thinking @notdraxula6579
