Erhardt Boss battle (Duel) in Octopath Traveler who is the third boss in Olberic's story with a recommended level of 32. Battle was kind of tough since I'm very under leveled.

Weakness - Sword, ?, ?, ?

I put all my strongest gear onto Olberic which made it much more manageable and was able to beat it without much difficulty. Without the higher end armor, you'll need to figure out another way to get around the damage. You can use Side-step of the merchant class or buff yourself with Olberic's Warrior skill.
